Andre Kertesz was a Hungarian born artist that composed his photographs in groundbreaking fashion. Throughout his career he photographed with angles that were not common. He composed his pictures in a way that played with patterns and deep space; even more so his pictures showed the beauty of the world. I see his pictures as inspiration for my own due to the fact that I see the world similar to the way he did. I enjoy photographing the world in a way that the angle can give you a different perspective. I see him doing this in many of his works as well. Two of his pictures really stood out to me. One of the pictures is of ballerinas and the second picture is of four men walking in the street. I love the first picture of the ballerinas dancing because it is showing life in motion. I like showing life through my pictures and that is what he did there. The second picture of the men walking through the street also stood out a lot to me. This is because the angle that the picture is taken cause you to not see where the men are going. It leaves the interpretation of the picture up to the viewer and this is something that resonates with me. I feel that one of the most important things to do as a photographer is to be able to leave the interpretation of your photographs up to your audience. This causes your photographs to be enjoyed by all different people.
